Facing the HR Challenges of the Future Webinar

Tuesday 22nd November 2022, 2pm - 3.30pm

Register your attendance via the form below.

HR professionals and senior leaders are facing a host of new and diverse challenges. Join Northumbria University as we discuss how leaders can face these challenges effectively and future-proof their workforce heading into 2023.

Our Leadership and Human Resource Development team understand the impact of Covid-19 as well as the current cost-of-living crisis and the necessity of senior leaders learning new ways to attract talent, retain staff and ensure high standards of employee well-being in the workplace. This event will detail how our Senior People Professional Higher Apprenticeship will equip leaders with the skills needed to not only overcome these challenges, but ultimately build a resilient, sustainable, high performing workplace.

Delivered as a part-time flexible delivery pattern, Senior People Professional Higher Apprenticeship gives businesses the opportunity to draw upon the Apprenticeship Levy or government funding and provides a route towards CIPD Chartered Member status. Upon completion of the course the learners will be awarded a Senior People Professional Postgraduate Diploma.

To join the dialogue around future HR challenges and how our programme can help your senior leaders and HR professionals, sign up below.
