Dr Gaby Launay

Research Fellow

Department: Mathematics, Physics and Electrical Engineering

I joined the Northumbria university in 2018 as a Research Fellow to work on the possibility to induce drop motion on SLIPS surfaces through roughness gradient.

Before that I gained a PhD in fluid dynamics in the LMFA laboratory (France) on free-surface flow around obstacles.

I made a first postdoc on transition to chaos of a cavity flow driven by acoustic streaming.
