David O'Leary

David Oleary Adss Staff ProfileDavid has taken things to pieces to see how they work from an early age, a lifelong obsession with mechanisms, materials and processes. He graduated from Teesside University in 1997, having also taken a year out (‘95-‘96) to complete an internship with IDEO in Boston, USA.
He has spent the last fourteen years working as an industrial designer, working for local, national and international clients. He has taught at the school since 2001 on a part time basis and is now a full-time senior lecturer. He strives to make a positive difference to the world through design.
