Head of Department

Department: Architecture and Built Environment

Simon -Robson

Immediately prior to coming to Northumbria I worked for the Reconstruction and Development Corporation in Belize. This was a wonderful experience with some interesting challenges and great scuba diving.

Before Belize I worked for eight years as Principal Development Surveyor for London Transport where I was responsible for over station developments in central London including Hammersmith Island, Victoria, and South Kensington.

Age and injury have restricted my participation in sport to mountain biking and walking - rugby and football are generally enjoyed from the touchline.
