Research Themes and Scholarly Interests

My primary research interests are in information rights, privacy and data protection.  I am currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate looking at enforcement activity in the field of data protection and direct marketing.  I have written on data protection in relation to access to environmental information and information sharing.
