Dr Kezhi Wang

I received my Ph.D. degree from the University of Warwick, U.K. in 02/2015. I was a Senior Research Officer in University of Essex, U.K. from 01/2015 to 06/2017. Currently I am a Senior Lecturer with Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Northumbria University, U.K.


I’m always looking for self-motivated PhD students / Visiting Students / Scholars to join our research team. I am also looking for collaborations, such as applying for joint funding or projects. Please drop me an email if you are interested in our research.

Multidisciplinary research by applying advanced communication, computation, control and machine learning technologies, which covers the following topics:

• 5G and beyond networks, e.g., ultra-high reliability and low latency communications (URLLC), resource allocation, algorithm and protocol design;
• Intelligent mobility, e.g., path planning and location optimization for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and ground vehicles (GV);
• Massive connections and services, e.g., Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) and Cyber Security.
