Dr Andrey Yukhanaev

Dr Andrey Yukhanaev Nbs Staff ProfileBefore joining Northumbria University, Andrey worked in the Russian private sector holding leadership positions in a number of construction and retail companies. In this capacity he was responsible for competitive strategy development, business expansion and human resource management.  Andrey holds an MBA degree from Northumbria University and a PhD from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Andrey’s publication record includes journal articles and book chapters in the areas of internationalisation of the firm, foreign direct investments in emerging markets,  entrepreneurship and SME growth, corporate governance and institutional development of the post-Soviet economies.
