Enrolment

Before they can commence their studies all students must enrol.

UK, EU and Continuing International students enrol online.  It is a quick and easy process, and gives students access to many essential aspects of university life such as our IT systems, the Library and the Student’s Union.  During the online process, students are requested to upload a passport style photograph for their university smartcard.

New international students must pre-register online at home and then complete their enrolment when they arrive at Northumbria.  University-wide enrolment sessions are held in September, January, June and July, and will be clearly advertised.  If new international students arrive onsite outside of these times then they will need to go to Student Central where they will be provided with information as to how they can complete their enrolment.

When a student is offered a place on their programme they will be provided with details about how they should complete the enrolment process.
