Kathryn joined Northumbria and the University Library as
Head of Library Learning & Research Services in October 2020. Prior to that
she worked for over 20 years at Sheffield Hallam University in customer facing
library and student support leadership and management roles. Most recently she
managed the newly created frontline service for Student and Academic Services,
Hallam Help. In the University Library Kathryn leads the teams that design and
deliver the Library’s academic skills offer, research support services, faculty
and student engagement and the on campus library experience.
