Digital Disruption Network

Digital Disruption is a term that explores how technology is changing the face of modern business and services for both private companies and public organisations. While this environment is likely to generate significant opportunities to identify new markets and create new products, achieving this will require future-facing, long-term research – something which few organisations can afford to do alone.

To help its partners face these challenges, Northumbria University has launched the Digital Disruption Network, through which it will work with organisations and businesses to carry out long-term research to help predict future digital trends and the impact they will have. Led by Prof Lars Erik Holmquist, Professor of Innovation at INNOVATE, Northumbria's design-led innovation centre, the Network allows partners to explore the future together.
