Level 5 Certificate in Management, Coaching and Mentoring (CMI accredited)
| 3 full day workshop - March 24th, May 26th, July 21st 2023

This theoretical and practice-based qualification covers the essential models and theories relating to coaching and mentoring, and is ideal for managers, team leaders,supervisors,and anyone  who coaches / mentors as part of their day to day role and those who are looking to develop themselves and expand their theoretical knowledge and practical experience in this area.

The programme adopts a blended learning approach and is delivered via 3 day-long workshops over a 4-month period from March to July. It is ideal for those looking to gain a Coaching & Mentoring qualification that fits around their working life. Participants will be engaged in learning through:

• Interacting with others in their learning group through discussions, activities, practice coaching/mentoring sessions and tutor input on the 3 full day workshops.
• Completing individual learning activities such as guided reading, practice and developing reflection including through written reflective pieces via our virtual learning platform.

Practical sessions which develop and hone skills and techniques, enhance self-awareness and improve confidence and efficacy in coaching and mentoring.

• Completing 2 written assignments:

          - reflecting on their practice as a coach or mentor (June submission)

          - reviewing the coaching or mentoring practice in their organisation (August submission)
