The course has been co-developed, and will be co-delivered, by academics and CBT practitioners with extensive experience of the approach, and what actually works in complex clinical settings. The course is designed for practitioners who wish to discover more about CBT and who wish to develop a repertoire of basic CBT skills to support their practice.
