They are inextricably linked and a study of international hospitality necessitates a backdrop of international tourism. This course provides an overview of both industries’ historical development and the factors that have influenced this. These service industries present distinct challenges in terms of management and operation. This short course identifies strategies for improving the effectiveness of your sales operation, from the initial blank database through to post-sales follow-up and Customer Relationship Management.
