The MA Education Leadership is a rewarding and challenging opportunity to experience the cutting edge of professional development and research in educational leadership . It is ideally suited to a wide range of professionals in education and is equally applicable for aspiring leaders, middle leaders or senior leaders.
The programme enables individuals to consider the implications of their learning, reading and enquiry for policy and practice in their own professional context. For part-time students employed in practice, there are opportunities to engage in relevant workplace learning.
Students will be encouraged to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills which will enable them to reflect critically on current educational leadership practices – in particular their own, and to collect evidence and evaluate change within this context. The course is geared at meeting the specific needs of the individual and their setting.
