If you are interested in working with IT in a business environment, this is the degree for you. Our course focuses on developing an understanding of business, its key IT needs and the different strategies, technologies and applications it can adopt. More importantly it addresses practically how IT can be applied to resolve issues, enhance business processes and improve performance.

You will learn the project management and interpersonal skills needed to successfully initiate, manage and deliver major IT projects and ensure you can move seamlessly into a successful IT management career.

Direct business experience is gained through an industrial placement and reinforced by working closely with active partner companies throughout the course. This is supplemented by a programme of guest lectures, mock interviews and national ITMB events, while guidance and support is provided by a teaching staff with wide and varied commercial backgrounds.

ITMB has been developed in direct partnership with major businesses to produce the IT workforce of tomorrow. Our graduates are highly employable with an outstanding blend of technical and commercial skills, honed through continuous engagement with industry and practical, hands- on experience of real-world business challenges.
