This programme focuses on practices in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion with particular reference to national policies and their impact on learning. However, the intention is to create the conditions in which you are able to reflect on issues that are relevant to your own professional work. The programme enables individuals to consider the implications of their learning, reading and enquiry for policy and practice in their own professional context.

Graduates have gone on to become SEN/Inclusion Managers in Educational institutions. The qualification would support the Secretary of State for Education's drive towards teaching becoming a Masters level profession.
