Junior Evolve - Year 5 - 11

Our younger age group activity focuses on raising student's awareness and aspiration to Higher Education through a series of interactive events and activities detailed below.

We offer a range of workshops and interactive activities, both on and off campus, which aim to:

  • Support aspirations and raise awareness of Higher Education
  • Introduce students to Higher Education and the range of subjects available to study
  • Support the development of study skills to be successful at university
  • Provide opportunities to meet current Northumbria University students

Virtual Junior Evolve

As we understand and appreciate the difficulties students are facing during these unprecedented times, this bespoke session is designed to specifically help Year 11 students with the transition from GCSE's through to Sixth Form/College.

The aim is to help students make informed decisions, introduce Further Education (FE), and address key study skills. Students will find out the differences between school and Sixth Form/College and explore the opportunities they could take advantage of throughout their studies, as well as the benefits of FE and Higher Education (HE).
