Mr Ogiemwonyi Emmanuel Arakpogun

Resized PHDMy research focus is on Mobile Telecommunications in Africa: Entry Mode of MNEs and Universal Access Strategies. The growing trend of mobile telecommunications in Africa seems to have defiled logic as the continent is home to one of the fastest growing telecoms market in the world. Regardless of this, the rate of mobile penetration is still low in most countries especially in the rural areas. My study will thus narrow down to providing a stakeholder based principles and guidelines for improving rural area mobile penetration in Africa.
