Wellbeing Workshops

Student Life and Wellbeing are offering workshops for current Northumbria students to help you deal with the pressures of university life.  The workshops commence in February and are repeated in March/April.  Each workshop is an hour long and will be delivered online via Teams Video on the dates below. 

Avoiding Burnout

Stress and Worry
