Can I apply for accommodation in Clearing

Coming to Northumbria through clearing? We’ve got your accommodation covered. At Northumbria, we guarantee accommodation for all of our first year students.

We understand that you will have a lot to organise in preparation for your move to Newcastle, so we have made the accommodation application process as stress-free as possible.

We have over 5,000 bedrooms ranging from contemporary residences with en suite facilities to traditional halls and budget-friendly options, all within easy reach of the University. We are also working with referral partners to ensure we can guarantee accommodation for every student coming through clearing. This means you don’t have to spend time worrying about accommodation and can focus on getting ready to move into your new home instead.
