Shannon

I studied my undergrad here at Northumbria in Media and Journalism and graduated in 2017.

I have moved around a fair bit but I consider York home as that’s where I spent most of my years and it is such a lovely city. Only an hour away on the train I try to pop back as often as I can.

My main passion is my blog www.shaykennedy.me where I document my student lifestyle here in Newcastle. Through my blog I have worked with many big brands and have had some amazing opportunities.

In my spare time I’m a freelance journalist, copywriter and photographer. I’m looking to get more into Youtube now I have a vlogging camera! Follow me on instagram here

My favourite things about Newcastle are how photogenic it is and how it’s situated in the perfect place. I love being able to visit the beach and take my bike up into the countryside.
