TEL Analyst (Quality)

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in quality assurance to join our Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team based out of the University’s City Campus. This role will report directly to the TEL manager, supporting across a range of quality initiatives within the TEL service whom are responsible for supporting staff and students across all four faculties and service departments within the university. 

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will ideally have experience in:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes
  • Undertaking workplace observations and providing feedback
  • Impact analysis and evaluation mechanisms to support continual improvement
