Projects Delivery Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused Projects Delivery Assistant to join our Research and Innovation Services (RIS) team.

Reporting to the Post Award Project Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative, logistical, and financial support to academic colleagues with funded research and knowledge exchange projects. You will provide expert project coordination, from project award through to completion, for a portfolio of projects which may have multiple, often overseas collaborators, commercial partners and or complex funder requirements. 

You will develop a good understanding of funder terms and conditions relevant to the portfolio of projects, providing sound advice and guidance and ensuring compliance to these and the university policies, procedures, and Financial Regulations. It is therefore essential you have strong organisational skills and experience within a research and knowledge exchange setting.
