Global Marketing and Business

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Specialist team within the Global Marketing and Business department as a Digital Administrator. Working alongside the Digital Coordinator, the role holder will be supporting the development, management, maintenance, and monitoring of the university's digital marketing channels such as our social media platforms, university website, and mobile apps. You will contribute towards the development of our social media presence helping to establish best practice and measuring impact whilst providing support on a number of diverse digital marketing projects.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about using digital marketing technology and improving user experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, and capable of providing administrative support for the team.  Your day-to-day tasks may include content development across social media, web etc. reviewing analytics, generating reports and providing user training. Previous experience in Higher Education is desirable, but if you have professional experience with social media account management and digital marketing platforms we will be happy to have you on board.
