Resource and Planning Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the University’s Shared Services team as a Resources and Planning Coordinator to provide support to an externally funded project within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Reporting to the Resources and Planning Manager, you will provide a proactive, high quality, customer focused service to academic and support colleagues. Predominantly this role will support the delivery of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) suite of mental health programmes within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. You will be responsible for the daily operational, administrative and financial support for this project, providing proactive support, expert advice and guidance to team members and associated partners, to ensure successful project delivery within allocated budget and timescales.

You will have very good customer service skills as well as a positive outlook and good communication skills. Prior experience of supporting project work would be beneficial.

Our team has a blended approach which includes remote and on campus working.  The frequency with which colleagues will work on campus will depend on the role and the needs of the University.  Some colleagues work on campus 5 days a week and others perhaps 2 or 3 days.
