We have an excellent opportunity for someone interested in marketing to join the University’s Postgraduate Marketing Team as a Marketing Administrator. These are exciting times ahead, especially when it comes to marketing, building the University’s global reputation, and delivering our messages to the outside world.

Reporting to the Acquisition Coordinator, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the whole Postgraduate  Marketing Team and assist with the delivery of an integrated communication plans as part of the overall Postgraduate marketing campaign. This will include supporting in the development and implementation of acquisition and conversion plans, creating media messaging for advertising campaigns, writing engaging e-mail and web content, as well as developing and writing tele centre scripts.There will also be an element of administrative work which could include raising purchase orders, managing a shared mailbox, booking meetings and assisting with reports.

This would be an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience working in a busy marketing department. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail. You should also have an awareness of the principles and theories behind marketing practice.
