Meng Xing

Meng joined Northumbria University in March 2024 as a Lecturer in International Business at Newcastle Business School. She completed her PhD in International HRM from Royal Holloway, University of London, and her MBA from Coventry University, London Campus.

 

Meng Xing

With a strong qualitative background, her research interests and expertise focus on Chinese MNCs in less developed and least developed countries. This includes market entry and selection strategies, cross-cultural management, and the impact of Chinese OFDI on affecting the mobility of Chinese migrant workers and the local population in Sub-Saharan Africa.
