About the seminar

Founded in 1907, Ringtons is a family business with tea at it’s heart. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, our purpose is to create daily moments of care and joy today, tomorrow and for every generation to come. In this seminar, Ringtons Head of Sustainability & Sourcing Assurance will provide an introduction to the Ringtons business and share details on Ringtons Sustainability Strategy: People & Planet. Ringtons’ Sustainability Strategy is seeking to embed human rights and environmental due diligence, and in this seminar, Charlotte will share how Ringtons are doing this and will provide an update on Ringtons’ progress.

 

About the speaker

Charlotte is Head of Sustainability & Sourcing Assurance at Ringtons. The role focusses on both the technical and sustainability aspects of Ringtons’ tea sourcing. She works with internal external stakeholders to develop and deliver Ringtons Sustainability Strategy, focussing on People and Planet. Charlotte has been with Ringtons for 8 years, prior to which she moved to Newcastle to complete her MSc in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security at Newcastle University.
