Continuing Care (A bespoke course)

Split into two days, the first day is spent studying core statutory law, historical case law and Ombudsman decisions. The first day allows the students to study the National Framework and Decision Support Tools in their proper context on the second day, with a correct understanding of the background legal position. In this course we turn our attention to reading the results section of a research paper.
