To help you settle into the new year and your new life in Newcastle we're offering all international students one semester of free accommodation (up to the value of £2500). The terms and conditions of this offer are set out below. As this offer is subject to availability we recommend you apply as soon as you can to take advantage of this offer!

*Terms and Conditions
- This offer is for January 2016 entry only and is not transferable to future intakes
- The offer is subject to availability and is on a first come first serve basis
- This offer is only applicable to International fee-paying students
- The offer does not apply to Northumbria programmes running at our London campus
- The offer only applies to students that are self-funding their studies and is not applicable to students receiving sponsorship for their tuition or living costs
- The accommodation will be limited to university Managed/Owned accommodation and these are:

WINN STUDIOS
TRINITY SQUARE
LOVAINE HALL
LOVAINE FLATS
GLENAMARA HOUSE
CLAUDE GIBB HALL
STEPHENSON BUILDING - Students who take up this offer are liable to pay all costs after the free semester has ended (for an overview of our accommodation click here or for detailed information on the accommodation listed above – including costs - please click on the name of the accommodation.)
- Any accommodation fees that exceed £2500 for one semester are to be met by the student. This applies to New Bridge Street, Winn Studios and Trinity Square.
- There will be no cash reimbursement for any accommodation costs that fall below £2500

Applicants under this scheme will not be required to pay a deposit and will be given a tenancy agreement that details any balance to pay

No rent will be due on standard semester contracts for Lovaine Flats, Lovaine Hall, Glenamara House, Stephenson Building or Claude Gibb. There will be some rent to pay on all en suite accommodation. Further information here - No money will come off tuition fees for this scheme
- Students who wish to take up this offer should apply online for their chosen course via our website. Once you have received an offer (for the course) from us, you will be sent details for MyNorthumbria by email, where you will be able to apply for University accommodation.
- When applying for accommodation you will be asked to make 3 choices of accommodation. You will be notified by email of the outcome of the offer and which accommodation we will offer you under the scheme.
