How do I accept my offer?

Already applied? Have an offer? It's never been easier to accept your place. Simply click here and login to the portal using the details which were sent to you when you submitted your application. You can also upload your academic documents here, and ask our Applicant Services team any questions you may have.

International students (from outside of the European Union) may have been asked to pay a deposit - you can do this via our payment portal here. The amount you need to pay is outlined in your offer letter.

What happens once I have accepted my offer?

Once you have accepted your offer and paid your deposit (non-EU students only), we will issue you with a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance to study). This will allow you to apply for your visa. You will also start to receive emails from us with hints and tips on booking your accommodation, city life, enrolment information and information about our free meet and greet service.

European Union nationals do not need to pay a deposit and we will be in touch with more information once you have accepted your offer.

We will also invite you to our International and EU Welcome Event. Here you can find out more information about life in the UK, including how to register with a GP, a dentist and how to open a bank account.

What happens when I arrive in Newcastle?

Arriving in a foreign country for the first time can be a daunting and exciting experience, that's why we have organised a selection of events and little extras to make settling in as easy as possible.

The first thing you should do is register for our free Meet and Greet Service. This means we will collect you from Newcastle International Airport and transport you to your accommodation. This is a free service offered to all students arriving into the airport. Book your place here.

If you are an international student (from outside the European Union), you will need to attend an international enrolment event. This will enable us to enrol you onto your programme. You will need to bring a copy of your passport and visa to this event. European Union nationals do not need to attend an enrolment event.

Don't forget to have fun and make friends! The perfect time to do this is during Welcome Week - here you can join societies, meet likeminded people and mingle in our pre-organised events. Find out more here.
