Offer Period
- Registration of interest opens on 25 November 2025
- Registration deadline: midnight 31 January 2026
Eligibility
- This offer is exclusively available to current Northumbria University students enrolled for the 2025/26 academic year
- Students must have a valid Northumbria student number at the time of registration and booking
- Offer applies to new bookings for the 2026/27 academic year only
Accommodation Covered
- Trinity Square standard ensuite rooms only
- Premium rooms, studios, and other room types are excluded from this offer
- Room allocation subject to availability
Price and Tenancy
- Fixed rate: £164.01 per week (2025/26 rate)
- Available for either 43-week or 51-week tenancy contracts
- Price freeze applies for the full 2026/27 academic year
- No mid-year contract changes permitted under this offer
Registration and Booking Process
- Students must register interest by the deadline via the designated form
- Registration of interest does not guarantee accommodation
- Registered students will receive priority access when bookings open
- Rooms allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Full booking must be completed within 48 hours of receiving booking invitation
Payment Terms
- Standard University accommodation payment terms apply
- Advanced rent required to confirm booking
- Payment schedule as per standard accommodation contract

General Conditions
