Break down career barriers with our new EDI Careers Hub

Graduate Futures is committed to breaking down barriers and creating equal opportunities for all Northumbria students and graduates to achieve their career aspirations. That’s why we’ve launched the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Careers Hub within Careers Online – a dedicated online space developed in collaboration with Northumbria students to help you navigate the professional world with confidence.

The hub is packed with tailored resources to support you at every stage of your career planning. You’ll find:

Guidance on your rights in recruitment and the workplace, plus links to external organisations who can support you.

Opportunities from inclusive employers, including internships and funding.

Careers events, resources and advice to help you build skills and plan your next steps.

The Hub covers a wide range of topics and groups, including: financial support, inclusive employers, starting work, care-experienced and estranged students, disability and neurodivergence, race and ethnicity, sanctuary scholars, social mobility, student carers, and transgender and non-binary student support.

Ready to build a career where you truly belong?

Explore the hub here: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in Careers

If you graduated from Northumbria University within the last five years you can access Careers Online as part of the Graduate Careers Club. Find out how to register for access and more about the Club on the Information for Graduates web pages.
