Brief: Investigates how Northumbria University currently uses the Too Good To Go app to minimise food waste.  Explore student awareness regarding the app and develop recommendations on how use and awareness of the app could be improved. 

Recommendations:

A questionnaire was completed to gain insights and inform recommendations which included better description of items for collection, increased promotion via social media, and promotion via event such as Freshers’ Week.
