The Percolator Sessions is a programme of breakfast sessions that are part of a University initiative to bring together the Wealth and Private Client Management sector to discuss some of the biggest issues facing our society.

In this inaugural session our academics will provide an overview of the research work that Northumbria is currently undertaking, allowing you to gain an insight into how we are tackling topics such as:
- Ageing and loneliness
- Managing sleep in the modern world; and
- Countering the fear of falling using technology
You will also have the opportunity to discuss the implications of these topics on the wealth management sector.

- The Business Clinic – how are Business Management students delivering consultancy projects to SMEs, with clients valuing the output typically at £5000?
- Start-up activity – how has Northumbria quietly become the #1 university in the UK for graduate start-ups?
