Application deadline:

Rolling deadline depending on intended start date

Note when applying for this placement select INDONESIA as the country.

When: 

September 2025-August 2026 for 14 days.

Programmes must be completed by 31st August to be eligible for the funding.


Programme dates: 

Flexible start dates.


Funding available: 

For 14 day programmes, there are three grants available for students who meet any of the widening participation criteria:

Living cost grant: £294

Travel grant: up to £905

Additional costs: up to £40 this supports payment towards buying/renewing a passport, travel insurance and vaccinations 

For those who do not meet any of the criteria there is a grant of £238 available.

 

Students who are not accepted for funding can still participate in the programme and be covered by the university's insurance

 

Programme cost: 

The programme fee is from £1,595 for a 14 day programme.
