Meet our staffAcademics in this cluster are recognised in the field of gender, identity and culture as well as public sector management and migrant workers. They combine scholarly work with practical interventions, particularly in the area of leadership management development and marketing.

An early focus on People and Organisations has been developed to align and underpin much of Newcastle Business School's Corporate and Executive Development Centre.

The group's work questions how different understandings of organisations and employees impact upon relationships and performance within different work contexts.
