The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method helps every member of a team engage in problem solving and decision making, focusing on issues that have been pre-selected for their relevance and importance. The Method encourages participants to listen and learn, and provides a shared language regardless of culture or hierarchical position.

The Method is based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful experience. The University’s facilitators are experienced and certified practitioners.

While the workshops are fun, the outcomes are serious: improved communication, better understanding, increased participation and better engagement. The workshops are suitable for teams from all private, public or third sector organisations that are looking to enhance their performance.

Options for workshops include a full day, half day, or taster session. Typically there are 8–12 people at each workshop. Please contact us for further information regarding fees, dates and locations.
