This masterclass is commissioned by Health Education England as part of its continuing workforce development (CWD) portfolio. If you are interested in participating, please complete the application form and gain authorisation from your Line Manager and your Trust Training Coordinator.

To apply please make a note of the masterclass start month, click on book now and choose the application for the correct starting month. Once your application is complete we will contact you in order to confirm whether or not you have been allocated a place.

In order to assist you in completing your application we have attached guidance notes. Please refer to these while completing your application.

As part of your application you will need to upload a copy of your completed study leave approval form. If you do not attach your approval form to your application or it is incomplete this will delay your application and may impact you being offered a place on the module. Instructions on how to do this are in the guidance notes.
