Enrolment
You will be sent details via email when you are able to pre-enrol on your course. This will give you all the information that you need to enrol. Please do not try to enrol before you have received the notification that you can pre-enrol.
You must log onto your Student Portal and click on the ‘enrol’ button.
Step 1: Pre-registration. You must complete pre-registration and this can be completed from your home country. Please follow the steps on the ‘enrol’ button and provide all of the information requested.
Step 2: Visa verification. You must upload visa documents as soon as you arrive in the UK. You are not fully enrolled until you have provided your visa documents and they have been verified.
Once you have completed step 1 and step 2, you will receive a confirmation of enrolment and a visa verification email. Once your visa verification is complete, you will receive information on how and where to collect your University student smartcard.
International students must upload visa documents as soon as you arrive in the UK. You are not fully enrolled until you have provided your visa documents and they have been verified.
You will need to scan and upload the following:
- Your study share code (9 digits, starts with an S)
- Transit/Visa
vignette (travel visa inside your passport) with UK entry stamp on it
from border control. If you arrive via an e-gate, please retain and
upload your boarding pass as evidence of your UK arrival date.
- Evidence of your
immigration permission to study in the UK, this will include your share code which can be found by entering your details here
- Your passport photo ID page.
Non-Student Route student
If you have a non-Student Route visa you will normally need to upload the following;
- Evidence of your last entry to the UK (stamped transit visa or entry stamp).
- Share Code
- Your passport photo ID page.
If you have a pending visa application in the UK you should upload:
- Evidence of the type of visa application currently pending, showing your full name, date of application and type of visa application.
- Please note we may need to make enquiries with the UKVI regarding any pending visa applications before we can confirm eligibility to enrol.
You must show you have status in the UK which allows you to study your chosen course. Please note: If you are enrolling as an exams only student with no attendance, you will be asked to provide evidence that you are outside of the UK before you can be enrolled.
