To help future students make the right choice and apply to Northumbria University, we’re asking current students like you to share your experience and the support you receive from Northumbria by completing our questionnaire. To help us do this we may feature current student profiles in print, digital and direct mail to promote your course. If you complete the form by 15 December 2017, you'll be entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher*.

Please fill the form out in as much detail as possible. *Please refer to the questionniare form for terms and conditions of the £50 voucher draw.

Top Tip

As the majority of readers will have very little knowledge of Northumbria we would like your answers to be as descriptive as possible. Here are two examples of an ideal response:

What personal achievements have you experienced whilst on your placement?

'The level of responsibility my team entrusted me with was the biggest personal achievement for me. I worked with the Managing Director of the client team on several of his reviews with the IBM UK General Manager and Barclays C-Suite Executives; being able to produce key deliverables to tight deadlines while adhering to excellent output quality is something that I will definitely be able to use throughout the rest of my career. Helping the Technical Director on the account develop a new collaboration environment for the global team, I took an active role in the ongoing on-boarding and management activities; only to become the go-to person for any collaboration requests and queries throughout the year.'

As a result of completing a placement, how do you feel you can make an impact in your final year and after graduation?

'I believe I now have a better understanding of the business world and business processes which I can apply into my business modules this year. Whichever organisation I end up working for after graduation, either in the UK or Canada (where I will be moving), I am confident that the knowledge and skills I have obtained this past year will stand me in excellent stead to make positive contributions to the business.'
