Why did you choose Northumbria University, Newcastle?

Northumbria has a partnership with Nanjing Normal University in China.

What do you think of Newcastle and our region and what are your favourite things to do?

Newcastle is a wonderful city, the environment and security are both excellent, the shopping mall Eldon Square is great! I loving shopping there.

What has surprised you most about living in Newcastle and this region? What has impressed you most?

Eldon Square is a large shopping mall. there are many supermarkets in Newcastle so we can buy things conveniently.

Did you find Northumbria University welcoming?  Was it easy to fit in?

Yes, all of the staff in my department are polite and kind.  The academic staff treat use with respect.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to Northumbria University?

The 24/7 Library, the Zone - a very comfortable place to study.

Who has helped you most since you came to Northumbria?

Ian Elliott - My supervisor in the final year.  Jian Yu, one of our chinese teachers.

Who has inspired you most at Northumbria University?

Ian Elliott, a very kind, responsible teacher.

What is your favourite place on campus?

The Zone.

What is the best thing about your course?

Our teachers are all responsible and patient.

What do you want to do in the future?  What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

A professor.

How do you feel you have changed as a person since being at Northumbria University, Newcastle (e.g. confidence)?

I focus more on my practical abilility.
