Working one-to-one and through interactive workshops, Mike shows founders how the client’s decision-making circuitry shapes every step of the sales journey – from first contact to long-term partnership. He guides teams in crafting brain-aligned value propositions and building pipelines that grow with the business. By grounding every tactic in behavioural evidence, Mike ensures that start-ups inside the Incubator scale their commercial capability as fast as they develop their products.
