Start it Up Workshop Series

Newcastle Campus

November - December 2021

The next series of Northumbria’s Start It Up workshops for freelancers and small businesses is on the way and you’re invited to apply as a recent graduate. This workshop series will cover the important aspects of getting a business off the ground and help you understand how to take your idea from a concept to a money-making enterprise.

We are looking for 30 individuals who are already running their business or are considering becoming self-employed to join the cohort. The workshops will be delivered on campus by our external mentoring team made up of experts, who have helped many of Northumbria’s student and graduate businesses start and grow.

This is a popular programme, so you’ll need to apply for a place. Click here to find out more and to apply*.

*This workshop series is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and therefore eligibility criteria applies.
