Having gained invaluable insights into professional environments and leadership dynamics during my academic and work experiences, I am now eager to embark on a rewarding career where I can apply my expertise and step into a leadership position. My goal is to drive impactful projects, inspire teams, and contribute to the strategic growth and success of an organization that values innovation and collaboration. With a global perspective and a proven ability to adapt and thrive, I am committed to pursuing a role where I can grow as a leader while making a meaningful difference.

What was it about Northumbria that made you decide to study here?

Driven and adaptable professional with an MSc in International Project Management from Northumbria University, where I gained not only academic expertise but also the confidence and guidance to excel in both personal and professional spheres. My time at Northumbria empowered me to develop resilience, leadership capabilities, and a global perspective, providing me with the strength to navigate challenges and succeed in diverse environments.  

During my journey as an international student in the UK, I embraced various roles that allowed me to build essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, while thriving in multicultural settings. These experiences, combined with my academic training, have equipped me with a solid foundation in project management methodologies like Agile and PRINCE2, along with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure.  

Now, I am looking forward to advancing my career by stepping into a leadership position where I can apply my skills, knowledge, and international experience to drive impactful projects and contribute to organizational success. I am passionate about fostering collaboration, inspiring teams, and pursuing opportunities that allow me to grow as a leader while creating meaningful and measurable outcomes.
