96.5% of all colleagues completed EDI mandatory training. There were 200 registrations for the internal NU EDI Conference 2024. £35.5k was awarded to VC Diversity Fund Projects across 13 projects. There were 363 more registrations to EDI learning events than in 2022/23. There was a total of 805 registrations to EDI learning events. 103 colleagues were supported through DSE assessments and/or were provided with reasonable adjustments. 13 colleagues were funded to take part in an Equality Leadership programme
