The NHS 10 Year Plan creates real workforce development challenges that extend beyond direct clinical training and education, and we want to understand them better. We're aiming to bring together learning and development leads from across the region to have an honest conversation about where those gaps are and what good support might look like.

We'll be sharing five areas we're currently developing and asking for your direct input on whether they're hitting the right mark:

1. AI Governance & Ethics in Healthcare

2. Designing Healthcare Environments

3. Health Inequalities in Practice

4. Community Engagement & Co-Production

5. Health Policy & Systems Leadership

The afternoon is structured around your views, not ours. Small group discussions, a chance to compare notes with peers across NHS trusts, local authorities and ICBs, and a straightforward ask: tell us what's useful and what isn't.

Informing our future response to workforce challenges will ensure our ‘offer’ is fit for purpose.

If you're able to join us we'd be very appreciative.
