About the Seminar

From a standing start and growing to a c£70m turnover business, Meldrum became an employee-owned trust in 2024. In this seminar CEO Dave Meldrum will discuss why the Meldrum Group did this, its benefits, challenges and how the group has implemented this significant change.

About the Speaker

Dave founded Meldrum back in 2001. From this standing start, the business has grown to its current 6 delivery arms (Fabrication, Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Fire Engineering and Facilities Management) as well as our own Plant & Transport company and charitable arm, Meldrum Foundation.

Today the business employs c220 people and has a targeted turnover for 2025 of £70m and aims to be the construction company of choice for its clients.

In October 2024, from a standing start, he has taken the business to a c£70m turnover business, Meldrum became an Employee-Owned Trust
