Moving away to university can be one of the most exciting and daunting times of life. Often it is when students move away from home for the first time, which is why we appreciate the need for you to find the perfect student accommodation in London.
At the Northumbria London Branch Campus we offer a fantastic range of centrally located student accommodation, all of which provides a safe, secure and sociable start to your university experience.
Above all, as a university, we want our students to succeed – and we understand that having a comfortable place to live is a big part of that. Our London residences provide more than a place to sleep. They are lively, friendly communities with great facilities to enable you to settle easily into your London student life.
Working in partnership with local accommodation providers
We appreciate how important it is for you to know where you are going to live and to be happy with your accommodation, therefore we offer a wide range of accommodation with something to suit everyone’s budget and an excellent choice to meet your requirements.
We have developed relationships with a number of local London student accommodation providers in and around central London, enabling us to provide you with a range of affordable, centrally located and safe accommodation with options including: hall rooms, studio apartments and 2-7 bedroom flats.
Booking Accommodation – One Stop Shop
We act as a referral service with each accommodation provider, supplying you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about your student accommodation choice and helping you with your application. When you are ready to book, we will help you submit your booking to the relevant provider. Once your booking is confirmed each provider is responsible for managing your tenancy agreement.
