HEA Fellowship Recognition

[Add link to this page from Home page ]There are over 215,000 Advance HE Fellows worldwide. Our Northumbria University Professional Recognition Scheme (NUPRS) supports colleagues in gaining Advance HE Fellowship by reflecting on the impact of their education practice and contribution to student learning.

NUPRS is designed to celebrate what our colleagues already do well; inviting them to explore the Professional Values and Core Knowledge that underpin their work and benchmark practice against internationally recognised standards. Accredited by Advance HE, the scheme offers two tailored routes:

Two Routes to Fellowship

Colleagues are encouraged to participate in the pathway that best aligns with their experience and role

PGCAP

A taught programme for new academic colleagues with less than two years' experience, providing structured support to develop confidence and capability in teaching and learning.

NUPRS Experiential Route
